Return Eligibility

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return orexchange, your request must be initiated within this 7-day period. Requests initiated after 7days cannot be processed.

Important : The 7-day return period is calculated from the date the package is delivered to you, not from the order placement date.

2. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, products must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn : The product must be in its original, unused condition. No signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by use
  • Original Packaging : The product must be in its original packaging and box
  • Complete Set : All components, tags, certificates (if provided), and accompanyingmaterials must be included
  • Proof of Purchase : Original order confirmation, invoice, or receipt must accompanythe return
  • No Modifications : The product must not have been resized, altered, customized, ormodified in any way
  • Gemstones Intact : For jewelry items, all gemstones, beads, and components must beintact and secure

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items : Personalized, custom-designed, or made-to-order jewelry items
  • Items Outside Return Window : Products returned after the 7-day return period
  • Damaged or Worn Items : Products showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or use
  • Items Missing Components : Products with missing stones, beads, clasps, or packaging
  • Sale or Discounted Items : Items purchased at clearance, discounted, orpromotional prices
  • Gift Items : Items purchased as gifts and returned by the recipient (original purchasermay request exchanges)
  • Items with Altered Packaging : Products with opened, damaged, or altered original packaging
  • Items Without Proof of Purchase : Returns without original invoice or order confirmation

4. Gemstone-Specific Conditions

For loose gemstones and gemstone jewelry:

  • Gemstones must be unaltered and in the exact condition as delivered
  • Laboratory certificates (if provided) must be intact and undamaged
  • No gemstone can be returned if it has been cleaned, treated, or examined by externallaboratories
  • For jewelry with gemstones, all stones must be securely set and undamaged

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
